Saying farewells to 2012, we step into the hopeful 2013. Looking back, we have to admit that all the passion, struggles, success and failure have been a thing of past. With the flying time, people in HB Machinery make a summary for the past 2012 and also confidently look into the future. At this moment, 2012 HB Machinery Excellent Employee Award Ceremony was held in Jan. 15th, 2013. Both of the staff representatives and the group leaders participate in this ceremony.

The advanced collectives and excellent individuals have always been the elite and footstone of our development. HB Machinery cannot make great achievements without the staff working at the production lines and our flourish will not exist without the efficient management of all department managers.

As the middle-level backbones of our company, these managers lead their departments to keep up with the company development pace, and with great trust, they endeavor and forge ahead with our company. They are also excellent role models for the extensive employees, and we can learn the characters of firm belief, getting the big picture, pioneering innovation and ceaseless self-improvement. This ceremony awards 31 model workers, 237 advanced workers and 42 advanced collectives, among which, there are 8 model workers, 36 advanced workers and 9 advanced collectives in Machinery Branch Company.

The election and appraisement are not the final goal, and we just want to take advantage of the ceremony to encourage and drive all the staff to single-mindedly work well together and also to inspire their working passion and aspiration. All the common workers are worth our respect for they compose many moving stories with the practical actions.
