1000-4000mm Stretch Film Extrusion Line (4 Winding Shafts)

This stretch film extrusion line is designed to produce one-sided or two-sided cling stretch wrap films with 3-layer, 5-layer or up to 7-layer structure. LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) is used as main raw materials in stretch film production. The stretch film extrusion line is capable of manufacturing agricultural stretch films for bale wrapping and anti-corrosion films for metal wrapping, as well as antistatic stretch wraps for packaging applications where antistatic performance is critical.

• Multilayer coextrusion technology is adopted according to customers’ requirements, featuring a higher flexibility in material usage and lower cost of ingredients;
• Winding unit automatically loads films without applying adhesive tapes on core, thus efficiently saving tape cost and labor cost, while reducing winding time and film wastes;
• Equipped with fully automatic die system, SCANTECH thickness gauge and energy efficient motor, ensuring less energy consumption and high automation;
