As the technology continuously develops and customers' requirements increase, the shortcomings of traditional PVC film production processes are shown up, i.e. calendaring process can only produce films with thickness over 50um while the blow molding process can only produce films below 100um. Besides, calendaring equipment causes more power consumption and corrosion issues, and blown films are not good enough in aspects of transparency and flatness. Given this situation and market needs, HB Machinery has been pioneering in developing PVC cast film line since 2000, and successfully developed a series of cling film extrusion lines.

1. Food packaging, food preservation

  • Film thickness of 8-12um
  • Applicable to fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood, adding marketing value to the products and prolonging the shelf life

2. Furniture & mattress packaging

  • Film thickness of 200-600um
  • Improving appearance of the products, and giving the functions of waterproofing, moisture proofing and dust proofing

3. Medical healthcare

  • Film thickness of 200-600um
  • Appropriate to blood plasma bag and infusion bag


4. Outdoor applications

  • Film thickness of 0.2-2mm
  • Suitable for outdoor advertising, waterproof tent, tarpaulin and other applications where waterproofing is highly required
