We participate in the exhibition with a complete set of five-layer, high-speed, automatic, three-station PE cling film line which is equipped with the automatic thickness gauge imported from France as well as the die that can be automatically adjusted. The designed linear speed is 350m/minute. The width of end film is 1800mm. The normal daily output of this machine is about 5.5 tons.

This machine adopts our independently developed automatic three-station winding system which is its most significant strength. This system comes with high automaticity (automatic cutting, roll changing, roll discharging, paper tube loading and paper tube positioning). The continuous three-station winding contributes to zero waste and 100% material utilization.

It only needs 2 to 3 people to operate this machine, thus saving precious labor resource and decreasing production cost. This production line also brings new profits to customers and fully represents our design concept of high productivity, high automaticity and high benefit.
